monarchy.

one of our discodust favorites, the electro and disco-influenced pop duo monarchy from london, just released their new single 'the phoenix alive'. while the actual track and a couple of remixes have scattered across the blogs before, they also provided us with a sweet brandnew track called 'it must be love' which really takes us back to the classic synth pop of the eighties.

and just in case you haven't heard 'the phoenix alive' yet, you might want to watch the video on youtube and pick up the final mastered original version along with two remixes by dreamy disco grandmaster kris menace and (old school) house saviour hot city.

show monarchy some love on myspace and watch out for more from them soon, as word is on the street that they are working with some pretty heavy-weight artists right now!
