felix cartal.

for those of you who have been wondering 'what happened to felix cartal' we have some good news for you. i could tell you all about it, but sometimes it's just more fun to hear it from the horse's mouth.

"hey felix here, just wanted to send out my latest remix that came out on dim mak last week. it's called beyond god & elvis and is by the band from monuments to masses. i also wanted to give a heads up to those who are interested in what i have been up to of late. i have recently started a blog to document the making behind my music, most specifically, my forthcoming ep titled 'skeleton', you can read all about it here: http://felixcartal.com/ - enjoy!

fc"

from monuments to masses - beyond god to elvis (felix cartal remix)

so don't forget to go to his new blog. you can ask him questions about anything from his production setup, to when his next release is, or what's on his ipod. he's gonna keep it stocked with videos, info, pics and new tracks!

Discodust, you're disappointing me. You used to post such great electropop, and now all you ever post is this boring repetitive soulless crap.

House has soul.

Toats is right. You really can't please everyone. There are more haters on this blog than any other blog I've seen.

I just think you should post a lot more!!

..Regardless if sometimes they won't always be good.

I think if you post more you'll have more chance of pleasing everyone with different tastes.

But I love you blog!

Anonymous, don't you fucking touch Louis La Roche. D:

why is Discodust the place all haters come to vent?? Aleks and Toats aren't getting rich off this, they just do it for the love of music...give them a break!

You haven't posted anything in a week, and when you do its pretty hit or miss (The Felix Cartal being one of the hits, the AC Slater being a miss). Discodust is losing it. Ohh! Crapp... is definitely the new king og blogs. Great variety and frequent posts.

Yeah. I mean COME ON Discodust. THIS WEEK you aren't quite as HOT as you have been. JESUS. Don't you know you have to stay at the CUTTING EDGE 24/7/52, or mind-meltingly SHALLOW hipsterettes on the INTERNET will BITCH and MOAN at you?

haaa, more than a good blog discodust is sometimes a great untertainment !!

I like this track, and discodust never dispoint me, even sometimes I don't like some stuff but I'm klever enough to think, "greatfully we haven't got same taste" imagine everybody dressed, listening and eating same stuff !!! BURRRKKK !!!

I think this kind of of haters are lonely and they know that all they will writte will be read !! so they find some proud feelings to be important !!

Dear Miss Toats,

I think if you posted more often (It's officially been more than a week since you've put anything up), and these frequent posts had variety, you'd get less complaints. Otherwise, you'll lose all your readers to other blogs like Ohh Crapp...

Thanks,

this track rox. just like l'amour & l'pscidelia[?]. and who can forget montreal dreams. I am hoping that felix would put out on vinyl all these techno-metal trax.

+ to all those house dorks, you have all the house music already available via existing club/record stores. problem is all the good electro stuff is still in limited or only on digital form. So go a pair & support this stuff. Cuz this is the new wave eventually.
