diamond cut + cinnamon chasers.

discodust favorite diamond cut obviously shares our love for cinnamon chasers who made us swoon a few months ago. australia's finest dreamdancer applies his trademark sound to the already lovely 'i like watching you', finally giving me and my fellow voyeurs and stalkers a worthy new soundtrack to our finest hours.

cinnamon chasers - i like watching you (diamond cut remix)

and just in case you are a real loyal discodust reader who stays away from the evil forces such as electrorash, you have probably missed these other recent diamond cut offerings in which he gets busy on up-and-comers booty luv and evermore.

booty luv - say it (diamond cut remix)
booty luv - say it (diamond cut instrumental)
evermore - hey boys and girls (diamond cut remix)

show diamond cut some myspace love!

Every next Diamond Cut track (despite that they are obviously a great music-makers) is deadly and without doubt looking and “feeling” the same as any their previous one work posted on the web.. Their tracks and remixes lately are soooo similar against each other as two peas of water, so that lately i just almost cannot distinguish and separate one their playing track from other.. The biggest “scourge” of an modern electronic scene is when the artist, after making a great track that became an kind of a hit, later continue producing music in such a similar style, trying to stay on a wave and be tuned on the same “sounding” that made him/her popular, that finally music that coming out this way is identical to any of his/her previous work as Siamese twins.
Even if it sounds well-made, it’s just becomes boring, guys.

Yo Lemondresser,

Interesting comment, and while I sort of agree with what you are saying, it doesnt make sense. It would be like if i said that LCD Soundsystem needs a new style because they are riding a wave of popularity. Am I tired of what james Murphy does? Never. A true artist will always be known for a particular style. I say just enjoy the ride dude.

PS - I really wish you could thumbs up / down some of these comments. I so tired of people whining about how "music sucks" or "all sounds the same"... get over it, just enjoy the good stuff
